Tunio sells at-home genetic testing kits and delivers genetic specialist-reviewed reports based on sequencing performed by an accredited third-party laboratory partner. Reports are intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
Tunio's reports do not diagnose any disease or medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition, and before making any decision based on your report - including about medication.
You must be 18 or older, and legally able to provide your own biological sample and consent, to order a test for yourself. Testing on behalf of a minor or another adult requires their (or their guardian's) separate informed consent, collected through a process not currently available on this site - contact us first.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are charged at the time of order via our payment processor, Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a kit ships.
Your first sample collection kit is included in the price of your order. To get a usable sample on the first try, it's important to carefully follow the saliva collection procedure included with your kit. If your sample fails quality control despite this, we'll contact you to arrange a replacement kit, which will incur an additional cost.
You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before your kit ships. Once a sample has been received and sequencing has begun, the order is non-refundable, except where a sample fails quality control (see Section 5) or as required by applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunio's liability for any claim relating to your order or report is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Tunio is not liable for decisions made based on your report without independent clinical confirmation.
